Strengthening Our Foundation
A Capital Campaign 2008-2010
Architectural Study for Future Space Needs
Times are changing, and our congregation is growing – especially the number of families with young children. As programs expand, we are increasingly pressed for space. If the campaign reaches the highest of its three financial goals, we will undertake a comprehensive professional analysis of our current uses of space that will help us envision alternatives for the future.
Possibilities include adapting a space for alternative worship services, adding more office and/or classroom space, and renovating and/or reconfiguring the Fellowship Center to make it more useful, attractive and welcoming.
The Trustees and the Session will oversee final planning and priority setting among the many needs being addressed by the capital campaign. If we are successful in meeting our three-year goal, these projects will “preserve the past, enrich the present and provide for the future” of the Presbyterian Church of Lawrenceville.
